Standard rental covers the hours of your active event. Early access for complex staging setups (bump-in) or overnight teardowns can be arranged and may incur an additional hourly or half-day venue hire fee.
To secure your dates, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is split into structured installments, with the final 100% estimated payment due 14 business days before the event starts.
Absolutely. We offer various branding opportunities, including digital signage screens, pillars, and designated registration desk backdrops. Please consult your Event Manager for our strict venue hanging and taping guidelines.
Yes. When booking a minimum block of 10 guest rooms, we offer highly discounted corporate group rates. We can also provide a dedicated online booking link for your delegates to manage their own reservations.
Yes. We offer ample secure parking on-site. We can also arrange complimentary parking validation or flat-rate parking passes for your delegates as part of your master corporate bill.
Our property features 24/7 CCTV surveillance and trained on-site security personnel. For high-profile events requiring private security or specialized access control, we can coordinate with our vetted security partners.
Yes. You will be assigned a professional Event Services Manager who will remain on-site throughout your entire event to handle immediate logistical requests, catering adjustments, and timeline management.
