Booked this for my parents' anniversary. Ferry from Merang was on time, room was clean and faced the sea. Dad who doesn't swim was given a life jacket and the crew stayed close to him the whole time at Marine Park. Both trips went well. Will book again.

Package itself is fine. Boat crew were friendly and the equipment was decent. But the sea was rough on our second day so one snorkelling session got cut short. Not the agency's fault, just be aware if you go in late season.
Snorkelling was the highlight, saw turtles at the second stop on day 2. Food at the resort buffet is average but there's enough variety. Only complaint is the 7am check-out on the last day feels early. Overall good value for the price.
Brought two kids (6 and 9). Shallow snorkelling spots were perfect for them and the guide pointed out clownfish near the jetty. Resort pool kept them busy in the afternoon. Easy trip for families.

Hi! The boat leaves from Taman Tamadun Islam (TTI) Jetty in Kuala Terengganu. Please be at the jetty at least 45 minutes before your boat time so you can check in and settle the jetty fee. We’ll send your exact boat time with your booking confirmation.

Hi, yes, we can arrange a 2-way transfer between Kuala Terengganu Airport and Taman Tamadun Islam Jetty. It costs RM 40 per adult and RM 20 per child. Just send us your flight details on WhatsApp and we’ll time the pickup to meet your boat.
