By 10:30 AM, we’ll embark on a 45-minute drive to the Annah Rais Bidayuh Longhouse. Once at Bako, dive into the heart of nature with jungle trekking and a leisurely walk around the Mangrove Forest Trail. Discover the diverse flora and fauna that make this national park truly special. Recharge with a local lunch at the park canteen, immersing yourself in the natural beauty surrounding you.
As the day unfolds, bid farewell to Bako with a boat ride back, and we’ll transfer you to the serene Damai Beach Resort. Check into your comfortable accommodation, and the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Whether you prefer to unwind by the pool or take a stroll along the beach, the choice is yours. By 1:30 PM, we’ll transfer you to the Sarawak Cultural Village, a living museum where you can immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Sarawak’s diverse ethnic groups. At 4:00 PM, be captivated by a 45-minute Cultural Show, showcasing traditional dances and performances.
As the day turns to night, enjoy a delightful dinner at a local restaurant, savoring the local flavors that make Sarawak’s cuisine so special.
