When you are in Agoda website, you will see something like the screen shot below:
Enter the place that you wish to go in the Yellow box and choose the check in date with number of nights that you wish to stay in this place. Once done, click on the “Check rates!” button.

Here, you will see all the available hotels based on your traveling date, the rate and the guest reviews. In this example, i am choosing “The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam” to proceed with my booking. After clicked on the hotel name, you will come to this page:
Now, you need to decide the types of room that you are looking for, in this example, i am choosing the room “Premier (north tower)” with “Flash Deal”. Choose number of rooms required by choosing from the drop down box under column “No. Rooms”. Once chosen, click on “Book it”.
Step 4:
Once you have clicked on the “Book it!” button, you will come to a page as below:
In this page, you will need to fill up the guest information (if you are not staying in this hotel but booking on behalf for someone, please read Step 4.1).
In this page, you will also get to see the total price for your chosen rooms (without service charge and hotel tax included, the final price will be shown in the next page).
If you need to send special request to the hotel, you can also do it here by clicking on the “Special Requests (Optional)” button.
Once done, click the “Continue” button.
Step 4.2
If you are not staying in this hotel but booking on behalf of someone else, tick the box for “I am not staying at the hotel. I am making this booking for someone else”. After ticked, you will see additional options as shown below:
Now, you will need to enter the guest name and the origin country of the passport for the guest.
Once done, click on the “Continue” button.
Step 5:
After clicked on the “Continue” button, you will come to the payment page for the booking. Here, you will need to select the payment method, enter card number, car holder name, expiry date and CVC code (CVC code can be found at the back of your card, a 3 digits code).
