Itinerary:

Day 1

Day 1 at Kenyir Lake in Terengganu unfolds as a thrilling adventure immersed in nature and wildlife encounters. Upon our 10:00 AM arrival, the stunning beauty of Kenyir Lake greets us, setting the stage for an unforgettable day. At 10:30 AM, our journey leads us to the Kenyir Elephant Conservation Village (KECV), where we engage in a spectrum of activities—from traversing the Canopy Walk to intimately interacting with elephants, capturing moments with these gentle giants, and even participating in an Elephant Bath experience.

The excitement continues as we board our houseboat at 12:30 PM, embarking on a scenic cruise towards the Soak Waterfall. Lunch on board is a delightful affair, preparing us for the breathtaking landscapes that await. At 4:00 PM, we arrive at Soak Waterfall, and the ensuing Hi Tea provides a serene interlude before indulging in free and easy activities, such as swimming, fishing, or kayaking. As night falls, the ambiance transforms with a BBQ dinner, setting the stage for free activities like karaoke or fishing, creating the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for our overnight stay on the houseboat amidst the tranquility of Kenyir Lake.

10:30 AM – Visit to Kenyir Elephant Conservation Village (KECV)
Activities: Enjoying Canopy Walk, Feeding The Elephant, Interact with Elephant , Photo with Elephant & Elephant Bath

Heading to Soak Waterfall

Day 2

Day 2 at Kenyir Lake unfolds with a 7:30 AM breakfast on the houseboat, marking the beginning of another day filled with exploration and natural wonders. At 8:00 AM, we set sail towards the Kelah Sanctuary, a unique destination where the fascinating Kelah fish awaits our interaction. Upon arrival at 9:00 AM, a 1.5-kilometer trek ensues, allowing us to witness these remarkable fish in their pristine natural habitat. Following the trek, a morning tea break at 11:30 AM offers a tranquil pause before our journey back to Jetty Gawi point.

By 2:00 PM, we arrive at Gawi point, concluding our houseboat adventure. As we check out and disembark, the memories of the past two days, filled with nature, wildlife encounters, and unforgettable moments, linger in our hearts, marking the end of an enchanting journey on Kenyir Lake.
