It was the ‘Kapas Island Snorkelling Day Trip Package’ and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a day trip to this serene island. The ferry ride was on time, snorkelling (great 2 hours) and lunch at their partner hotel at Kapas Coral Beach Resort all ran like clockwork thanks to the super helpful staff. We were able to use the hotel facilities and enjoy our afternoon on the beach, exactly what we needed, great trip!

Rawa Island Resort is a beach resort and suitable for those who seeking peace and security. It is quiet because it is the only 1 of 2 resort on the island and doesn’t feel crowded. The water front villa I live in is the largest – able to accommodate eight people. It is very beautiful, not luxurious, clean and well maintained. The resort offers two water slides, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, diving lessons, cycling and hiking. Rawa Island itself is very clean, thanks to the reminder of people not to litter.
The meals served at the resort are plentiful and delicious. Not as imaginative, but they are full of belly, usually with lots of dishes and desserts. They hold a barbecue once a week, which is a highlight that is worth looking forward to. I will definitely be back.
I went to Rawa Island Resort on a 4 day and 3 night vacation with my family and planned to take a scuba diving course and some fun diving. It turns out that this island is far more than that. We stayed in a beachfront chalet with two bedrooms, just a few meters from the beach. The area is a well-protected marine sanctuary with vibrant marine life and close to the coast, perfect for snorkeling. The pier is one of my favorite places and has a fun slide. The wifi signal is weak but mobile data is strong. We even hike on the island’s hills and enjoy spectacular views from the top. Rawa Island is definitely a great place to relax and enjoy family fun.
I went to Rawa Island Resort from 10/23 to 10/25. There are 6 people, including my mother, in a wheelchair. We were greeted by the lovely staff of the Rawa Island. Our bags were delivered in front of our chalet on Rawa Island. I am very grateful to the staff for helping my mother get on the speedboat. Overall, the staff are very helpful (5 stars). The chalet and island are very nice. We arrived at Rawa Island and were mesmerized by the very clear blue waters and white powdery sandy beach; the 3 times food buffet is good. We enjoyed snorkeling in front of the chalet, hike around the island, and kayak. We enjoy observing different types of fish and corals. Overall, our trip to Rawa Island was a dream come true for us.
The perfect resort for a break away from the hustle of everyday life. Loved the privacy and great sea view from the balcony. Overall, the resort is good, and the rooms are well maintained. I think F&B can improve. Rawa Island itself, on the other hand, is amazing. Clear blue waters, white sandy beaches and lush green surroundings. Spend hours on the beach and enjoy snorkeling in natural reefs just meters from shore. Perfect for those looking for a relaxing holiday. We will be back.
It’s great that the family escaped to here. Three nights were very pleasant. We don’t need to jet skis or parasailing. The waterslide here, jumping off the jetty and feeding the fish are enough for us to enjoy. My son did a scuba diving session, and it was very good from the first follow-up to the end by holidaygogogo staff Mr Jackie. A delicious buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. The room is very spacious. The Rock Bar is a great place to relax before dinner. Highly recommended!
We had a great time at Rawa! We stayed in a great beachside villa and liked to listen to the sound of the sea from our room. The food is very good and suit to our tastes. If you like snorkeling on the beach, Rawa is the ideal place for you – there are a lot of Nemo fish!!!! I hope that one day we can come back again!
We have been to Rawa for many holidays with our family (go once again this weekend). I always like to go to this place, although some people pointed out in the comment that accommodation is a bit basic, but this place is beautiful, kids like it, and you can have a relaxing time here. Traveling from Singapore is not a simple process, but once you are in Rawa, it’s all worth it. It is the easiest experience to hear the sound of the waves below the villa. When you leave the buffet section it will become a bit boring, but other than this there is a lot more to eat and drink. Looking forward to my weekend!
My family and I stayed here for 6 days and 5 nights. This is a great holiday because of the beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters, soft sand. The accommodation is very good. The food was great and the staff was very helpful. We went swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, wen to the hilltop, walk on the island, watch the sunrise and sunset until we were still unable to move on. I just returned home from the Rawa Island Resort today. My children and I fell in love with this place and will definitely come back again!
