Itinerary:

Day 1

Begin your journey by meeting your tour leader at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and completing your flight check-in. Spend the night on board as you travel to the exciting city of Tokyo.

Day 2

Upon arrival at Narita Airport, enjoy your in-flight meal before making your way to the domestic terminal for your connecting flight to New Chitose Airport, Hokkaido. After landing in Hokkaido, continue your journey by coach to Noboribetsu (approximately 82 km). En route, lunch will be at your own expense.

Upon arrival, visit the famous Jigokudani (Hell Valley) — a dramatic volcanic landscape filled with steaming vents and bubbling thermal pools. In the evening, enjoy a delicious buffet or Kaiseki set dinner at a local restaurant or your hotel. Then, check in to Noboribetsu Mahoroba Hotel or similar for a relaxing overnight stay in this renowned hot spring town.

Day 3

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, then check out and travel to Lake Toya (approximately 42 km), one of Japan’s most scenic volcanic caldera lakes. Take in the tranquil beauty of the lake’s surroundings before boarding the Usuzan Ropeway to the summit of Mount Usuzan, offering spectacular views of Lake Toya and the nearby Mount Showa Shinzan, an active volcanic dome.

For lunch, enjoy a flavorful Kamameshi set with steamboat and tempura at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Bear Ranch, home to Hokkaido brown bears, where you can observe them in a safe and natural environment. Day 4

Explore Otaru Handicraft Street, where you can find unique handmade crafts and souvenirs made by local artists. Make sure to drive past the Otaru Canal, one of the iconic landmarks of Otaru. After enjoying the local culture, have a delicious lunch at a nearby restaurant. Later, travel to Sapporo, a lively city famous for its shopping and food. Upon arriving, visit Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, a long covered street filled with shops and stalls where you can find everything from clothes to snacks. End your day with a nice dinner at a local restaurant before resting overnight at Sapporo Excel Tokyu Hotel or a similar comfortable hotel.

Stop by the 147.2m high Sapporo TV Tower for panoramic views of the park and its surroundings. Next, have lunch at a local restaurant to taste some delicious Japanese food. After lunch, transfer to Okurayama Olympic Ski Jump, a famous sports site used during the 1972 Sapporo Winter Olympics, offering fantastic views of Sapporo City from its observation deck.
