Itinerary:

Day 1

Upon arrival at Tadom Hill Resort, guests will be welcomed with refreshing drinks at the café. Then, everyone will gather in the meeting room, where the Person in Charge or Director will deliver an opening speech to introduce the event’s objectives and ideas. The program will then begin with ice-breaking activities, including Waka Waka, to create a lively atmosphere. Following that, participants will engage in team formation and interactive games like Bubble Couch and Race of Life to foster collaboration. By evening, guests will check into their rooms, allowing some time to rest before dinner. The day will conclude with a delicious dinner at the resort, followed by a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2

The day will start with a hearty breakfast at the hotel, preparing everyone for an eventful schedule. Participants will gather at the Functional Hall to engage in exciting teambuilding activities like Number Tap, Lightning Cup Grab, and Bird Crisis. After a refreshing morning tea break and some down time, the group will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. Return to the Functional Hall for more team challenges, including Spaghetti Tower and Fear Factor. The afternoon will continue with an afternoon tea break, followed by a wrap-up session to reflect on key learnings from the day. The evening will conclude with a final circle-up, a group photo, and a delightful dinner, before another restful overnight stay at the resort.

The day will start with a hearty breakfast, allowing guests to fuel up for a morning of fun. They can enjoy thrilling water activities like the 5-meter bamboo diving platform, Tarzan swing, and water slide, or opt for non-water games such as bamboo limbo, giant Jenga, and volleyball. After a relaxing swim in the lake, guests will check out at noon, marking the end of their retreat.
