- About 6.00am Pick up from Resort (Rainbow Waterfalls tour) to food court @ Pasar if requested Breakfast Own Expenses
- 6.30am Proceed to Rainbow Waterfall
- 6.45am Sunset hill sunrise
- 7.15am Trip starts, Vehicle
- 8.00am Drop off, start jungle trekking
- 9.00am Arrive at Rainbow Waterfall sight and swimming spot
- 9.15am Light Breakfast, cup noodles and coffee etc (provided)
- 10.45am Leave Rainbow Waterfall, start jungle trekking
- 11.45am Arrive vehicle parking spot, leave the forest on vehicle
- 12.30pm arrive resort
