Itinerary:

Day 1

Upon arriving at Penang International Airport, you will be greeted by your driver/tour guide. After a brief introduction, enjoy some free time to relax or explore around at your own pace. Following this, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you will check in and settle down for the night. Enjoy your first overnight stay in cultural Penang.

Day 2

Begin your day early and head over to Island Hospital for your session. There, you will undergo The Executive Health Screening Package with a health screening doctor. This comprehensive package is ideal for both men and women, covering key areas of concern such as the liver, kidneys, heart, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels, with additional optional tests available. After your screening, board the transfer back to the hotel. Then, take advantage of the free time to unwind and relax at the hotel or explore points of interest nearby.

  • 7:00 AM: Depart to Island Hospital for a session
  • 7:30 AM: The Executive Health Screening Package by Health Screening Doctor at Island Hospital (Suitable for both genders, covering examinations for main areas of concern such as the liver, kidney, heart, cholesterol, blood sugar level and with the option of additional tests)

Day 3

Start your day with an energizing breakfast at the hotel before visiting Kek Lok Si Temple, Malaysia’s largest Buddhist temple, also known as a jewel amongst the heritage sites. Next, take the Penang Hill Funicular Train, a Swiss-designed train that runs on one of the oldest funicular systems in the world, up to Penang Hill and take in the stunning views. Following this, take a 45-minute tour of the grand Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion with its striking indigo-blue façade. Stroll through Penang Street Art & Armenian Street and spot the iconic murals. At night, browse and savor popular local street foods offered at New Lane Street Food stalls. Finally, head back to the hotel and get a comfortable night’s rest.

  • Fast for at least 8 hours. Kindly refrain from consuming food the night before your appointment. If thirsty, sips of plain water are permissible.
  • Postpone your morning routine medication (except anti-hypertensive drugs), unless advised by a physician or until a blood sample is taken.
