All guests are required to have their passports valid for at least 6 months to onboard the cruise
Rooms will be automatically assigned based on availability and there will be no request for side by side or handicap accessible selection.
All guests above 12 years of age (13 years & older) will need to present proof of full vaccination at the terminal in order to sail. All guests will be required to show their vaccination status at check-in using government approved forms (TraceTogether App, HealthHub App, a hardcopy vaccination status from HealthHub or hardcopy vaccination card), in order to access a wider range of activities. Full vaccination requires that guests have all doses of their COVID-19 vaccine completed no less than 14 days prior to sailing.
Long term pass holder must present their Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Visit Pass or Work Permit/Employment Pass together with their passport for check-in
Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is 21 years old and above
Foreign Guest is to be responsible for the VISA requirements like Multiple VISA Entry to Singapore.
Guests must complete the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) before debarking, the SGAC can only be completed 3 days before the date of arrival in Singapore. The ship will send out letters onboard to advise the guests that they have to complete the SG Arrival Card before debarking.
Any Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise
A physician’s “Fit to Travel” note is no longer required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.
Guests who were not eligible for the cruise are PR with an expired re-entry permit, canceled DP holders, canceled work pass holders (who are on special passes- which are considered short-term passes), and expired long-term pass holders.

我们第一次来到热浪岛 Laguna Redang Island Resort，入住三天两夜，整体体验非常棒！⛱️🌊

我们特别推荐海景房，房间住起来很舒服，景色也很漂亮。因为床实在太舒服了😂，我们还不小心睡过头，错过了好几个活动。所以如果下次再来，我们会考虑预订 4天3夜甚至5天4夜，让自己可以更悠闲地享受这里。

整体来说，度假村的服务都非常不错，工作人员也很亲切。

出发前我们其实很担心，因为我们两个都不会游泳，也有点害怕下水🥲。没想到来到这里之后，在工作人员的帮助和鼓励下，我们慢慢敢下水，甚至感觉自己突然学会游泳了😂。那里的 Abang 也很贴心，会教我们如何使用呼吸管，让我们第一次浮潜的体验轻松了很多。

🍽️ 餐饮方面，套餐餐厅有不少食物选择，每一餐基本都可以吃得很饱。度假村外面也有一些小吃摊，我们特别喜欢那里的 Cheese Wedges！外皮脆脆的，一口咬下去真的很好吃😍

总体来说，这是一次非常愉快又放松的旅行。第一次来热浪岛就留下了很好的回忆，也很推荐 Laguna Redang Island Resort。❤️

The island's beauty, white sandy beaches, and stunning blue-green waters were truly captivating. The package from Holiday Go3 made our round-trip journey seamless. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.
To improve the resort, water taps or showers should be provided before entering the room area. Guests currently have no other option, after swimming at the beach, they are forced to wash sandy clothes and footwear inside the bathroom, which makes the bathroom less efficient and causes unpleasant odors
