Day 2

Start your day with breakfast at the restaurant before visiting the Independence Palace, a symbol of Vietnam’s heroic history. Next, head to the Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office, showcasing the architectural blend of French colonial influence. To learn more about Vietnam’s past, visit the War Remnants Museum, which tells the story of the Vietnam War. Have lunch at a local restaurant before departing on a 1.5-hour journey to Cu Chi Tunnels. A thrilling shooting experience is included for those curious to try. When done, return to your hotel for a comfortable night’s stay.

Day 3

Begin with breakfast at the hotel, then depart for My Tho. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, a Buddhist temple known for its blend of Chinese, Vietnamese and Khmer architectural styles. Then, hop on a sampan and cruise along four islands – Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise. Stop at Unicorn Island and explore a lush fruit plantation. Enjoy a serene ride in a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and visit a family-run honey bee farm. Taste some nourishing honey tea and see how coconut candy is made. Have lunch at a local restaurant, followed by some cycling around Tan Thach Village. If cycling isn’t your thing, kick back and relax in a hammock and enjoy the cool breeze. At the end of the day, head back to the hotel for a comfortable night’s stay.
