Itinerary:

Day 1

Upon reaching Kuala Besut Jetty, go to The Barat Beach Resort Office to provide necessary information. Then, it’s time to board the boat! The journey to Perhentian Island will take about 40-45 minutes.

After checking in at 2:00 PM, quickly unpack to get ready for your snorkeling trip. Wear appropriate attire, head to the beach, and get ready for your first snorkeling adventure to Shark Point, Turtle Point, Turtle Beach, and Teluk KK.

After your snorkeling trip, return to the resort, take a shower, and enjoy dinner at 6:30 PM. Later in the evening, you can use your free time to stroll by the beach or relax in your accommodation.

  • Depart from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Island
  • Arrive at The Barat Beach Resort
  • 2:00 PM: Check-In
  • 2:00 PM: Snorkeling Trip A (Shark Point, Turtle Point & Turtle Beach, Teluk KK)

Day 2

Begin your day with breakfast at the resort before gearing up for the second snorkeling trip at 10:00 AM. For this session, you will visit popular snorkeling spots such as Pulau Rawa, Tokong Burung, and Serenggeh where you will get to enjoy the activity under blue ocean water and watch various marine life.

Return to the resort after snorkeling and grab lunch at 1:30 PM. You may use the remaining of your free time to relax or explore the beach. As the day comes to a close, you will have dinner at 6:30 PM.

  • 10:00 AM: Snorkeling trip B (Pulau Rawa, Tokong Burung, Serenggeh)
  • 1:00 PM: Back from snorkeling

Day 3

Start your day with a scrumptious breakfast at 8:00 AM and after that, you may enjoy the freedom to explore and relax at your own pace. Recharge with a leisurely lunch at 1:30 PM. The afternoon continues with more free time, allowing you to customize your activities and make the most of your day.

As evening approaches, indulge in a delectable dinner at 6:30 PM, enjoying a culinary experience with a stunning view, relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. The night extends with additional time, giving you the flexibility to unwind and tailor the latter part of your day based on your preferences.

Day 4

Enjoy your last breakfast at 8:00 AM at the resort and take as many photos as you can before the vacation ends. After that, check out at 10:00 AM and you are ready to head home by departing from Perhentian Island to Kuala Besut Jetty at 12:00 PM.

Water supply in hotel is weak, food in restaurant is good but expensive, we went there in non-busy season and the restaurant next door is very closed. There is nothing to do at night.

Room is clean, food is 5 Star. I saw guests of nearby four-star hotel also come here to eat. BBQ meal is great for dinner. If we go to Perhentian again, we will return here.

  1. Please it’s URGENT; I thought I could book directly online; I’d like to book the package 4d3n-the-barat-beach-resort-snorkeling-package/ , standard room (RM 1383) from july 23, is it available? If pssible I’d also need the airport transport one way. thank you

    Then I would also book the 2D1N in Redang Beach Resort, standard room (RM 985) from july 28 or, if a direct transfer from Perhentian to Redang is possible, from july 27.
