Arrive at The Banjaran Hot Spring Retreat
Operation Hours: 10am to 7pm daily
Usage of the characteristic features around the retreat which includes the Geothermal Hot Springs Dipping Pools, Thermal Steam Cave, Ice Bath, Meditation Cave, Crystal Cave, Garra Rufa Doctor Fish Pool, Fitness Centre and Freeform Swimming Pool.

Includes:

Usage of the characteristic features around the retreat which includes the Geothermal Hot Springs Dipping Pools, Thermal Steam Cave, Ice Bath, Meditation Cave, Crystal Cave, Garra Rufa Doctor Fish Pool, Fitness Centre and Freeform Swimming Pool.
Price is inclusive of RM 150 nett credit choice in the form of cash vouchers. Vouchers can be used to redeem RM 150 from any full-priced spa treatment or F&B items at the Pomelo restaurant (not valid at Jeff’s Cellar) and must be utilised on the same day.

Travel insurance (strongly recommended to purchase)

  Good service ! We truly enjoyed our trip in Redang Island. Simon was really helpful and responsive to our questions, land transport arrangement was all good. The driver - Borhan even offered us to leave our big luggage in his van while we were having lunch and walking around KT Chinatown for 2 hours + before travelling back to KT airport, he even brought us to coastal drive ;)

  Enjoyed our holiday in Kuching lately. The itinerary has been customized to accommodate my elderly mom and we had a great time. Our guide, Duncan, was friendly and very helpful - also flexible to make some minor changes to the arrangements which is more suitable with our timings.

Also to Soo, the main contact person - very responsive on any questions.
