(2026) 3d2n Redang Bay Resort Snorkeling Package

Redang Bay Resort is great! The room was large enough for our family of 5, the AC worked well, the Wi-Fi barely worked and the staff is friendly. There are lots of activities to do in the surrounding area of Redang Bay Resort. The snorkeling trip takes place twice a day; but equipment is not included. I also went scuba diving there, and it was an amazing experience.

We came here for family gathering, the location is very nice and happening. The beach is very nice. We stayed in the family room, 5 of us can fit in comfartably. All the arrangement done by holidaygogogo (Mr Soo) is well managed too, we were informed with all the arrangement before the trip, very good preparation done.

I would say very good about the accommodation in Redang Island Resort. The staff is very helpful, especially when we snorkel on the high seas, the staff will take care of those who are not familiar with the water and also the children. The location of the resort is very good. The resort facilities are also great!

I really like this resort and I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. The food included is so delicious! The room facing the pool, but too bad that it is not open to public and there may be maintenance issues. The only thing I am not satisfied is the wifi. Since there is no TV program available, the resort should provide us wifi because everyone knows that the mobile signal is having problems on the island. Overall not bad!

I enjoy staying here so much and will certainly recommend to my family and friends. The food provided was so delicious and it is inclusive in the package. Room assigned has a pool view but the pool is temporarily closed, it could be maintenance issue. There is no WIFI available which is the slight drawback. The resort should be more considerate since there’s also no TV channel provided and mobile signal are usually bad in the island. Having said that, overall experience still consider good.

Dissatisfied with their services in many areas. The resort are filled with many tourists from China, very noisy and briefing was done in Mandarin most of the time which is very inconvenient for people that don’t understand. Limited snorkeling point and the snorkeling marshall brought us to a point filled with jellyfishes by mistake, many tourists got stung by it. Food was average, often served cold and too salty in taste. Drinks was not refilled often as well.

The room smell very bad like a public restroom. Staffs was unable to provide any help even on transportation or give out the location of the hotel. Check out time is 9:30am! Do take note that there is a 3% extra charge if you pay with credit card.
Beautiful place with scenic view. Nice beach just inches away, you can dive in the sea straight out from the hotel, exploring the corals and fishes freely.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, well organized snorkeling trips and good food.
