The beginning of your holiday will start when you depart from Tanjung Gemok/Mersing Jetty to Tioman Island. Upon your arrival at The Barat Tioman Resort, you can check-in at 2:00 PM and spend a laid-back afternoon with the flexibility of some free time in the schedule. As the day progresses, you will have a delightful dinner at 7:00 PM to end your first day.
Meal Plan: Dinner
Start your day with a tasty 7:00 AM breakfast. Then, at 9:00 AM, enjoy a fun snorkeling trip where you can see unique species of fishes, corals, and other marine animals.
After a return from snorkeling, have a lunch at 2:30 PM and enjoy your free time.

Get ready to another day of adventure! Fill yourself up with breakfast as usual. After that, you may proceed to enjoy your day however you like. If you have a plan prepared, you can follow your plan accordingly.
At noon, you will have your lunch before you continue following your own plan, giving you the freedom to explore or unwind at your own pace. Wrap up the day with a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM, making it a perfect balance of leisure and delightful meals.

On your last day, breakfast is served at 7:00 AM. Afterwards, make sure you have packed up your bags and ready to check out from the resort. Before proceeding to the jetty, you can walk around the resort for one last time and make most of the time. When it is time to board the boat, you will depart from Tioman Island to Tanjung Gemok Jetty/Mersing Jetty.

We went during the monsoon, so we didn’t experience a lot of activities, and we couldn’t give accurate feedback. As a result, most facilities such as spa, sky bars area closed, and water sports are limited by the weather. The only advantage is the beach outside the resort, where they provide sun loungers!
Our stay was very comfortable and great. However, there are some minor issues, such as the TV is not connected. You can only view movies on your hotel’s hard drive as required. Check out time is 10am. In addition, the staff is friendly and the accommodation is pleasant. Very quiet compared to the other side of the island near the ferry terminal. And also the water around the island is amazing.
