Redang Beach Resort is a perfect place for divers. They charge a reasonable price for the equipements and dives. The Dive Master that supervise us is good and helpful, and emphasize a very strict safety precautions. It is advisable to make booking in advance during peak seasons as they didn’t entertain walk in divers.
Hotel is clean with all basic facilities provided. There are few restaurants within the area. Do take note the hotel is mainly caters for Chinese tourists. Anyway, I will take this as my option for my next beach vacation.
The resort is beautifully located at the beachfront, great food and highly maintained cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area. I had a bad chest pain on the 2nd day, the reception staff Cindy and Rebecca accompanied by another 5 young men transfered me to seek immediate medical treatment at the adjacent resort. Later on, we traveled by tractor to the marine then boarded a boat to the town hospital where they found out I had a severe gastric induced chest pain. The staff was there with me the whole time, even brought food for me. They use a stretcher to carry me all the way and sent me back to the resort by boat even is already dark at night and with a sturdy ocean swell. Excellent services provided by Redang Beach Resort. Truly appreciated their care and I was able to recovered and enjoy the remaining days with my family.
