Itinerary:

Day 1

Embark on a cultural adventure with a pick-up from your hotel at either 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM, setting the stage for a short 25-minute transfer to Mari Mari Cultural Village. At 10:00 AM or 2:00 PM, dive into the heart of tribal life as you partake in hands-on experiences, including blowpipe making, traditional fire-setting, and the art of tattooing. Immerse yourself in the unique skills and practices passed down through generations, gaining a deeper appreciation for the rich cultural heritage of Sabah.

As the morning unfolds, at 11:30 AM or 3:30 PM, be captivated by the vibrant beats and movements of tribal music and dance performances. Feel the energy and rhythm that resonate with the traditions of Sabah’s indigenous tribes, creating a memorable and immersive experience. Refuel your energy with a delightful lunch at a local restaurant at 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM, savoring the flavors of the region.

At 1:30 PM or 4:30 PM, bid farewell to Mari Mari Cultural Village and embark on a return journey to Kota Kinabalu. The adventure concludes at 5:00 PM as you arrive back at your hotel, leaving you with a deeper understanding of Sabah’s indigenous cultures and a collection of vibrant memories from this enriching cultural exploration.

9:00 AM/1:00 PM: Pick up at hotel lobby, transfer to Mari Mari Cultural Village (approximately 25 minutes )

  Good service ! We truly enjoyed our trip in Redang Island. Simon was really helpful and responsive to our questions, land transport arrangement was all good. The driver - Borhan even offered us to leave our big luggage in his van while we were having lunch and walking around KT Chinatown for 2 hours + before travelling back to KT airport, he even brought us to coastal drive ;)

  Enjoyed our holiday in Kuching lately. The itinerary has been customized to accommodate my elderly mom and we had a great time. Our guide, Duncan, was friendly and very helpful - also flexible to make some minor changes to the arrangements which is more suitable with our timings.

Also to Soo, the main contact person - very responsive on any questions.
