Itinerary:

Day 1

Begin your day with a 4:00 AM hotel pickup, signaling the start of an exciting adventure to Beaufort. At 7:30 AM, hop aboard a century-old train for a nostalgic 2-hour journey to Pangi Station, enjoying scenic views of the Crocker Range and the powerful Padas River.

Upon reaching Pangi at 10:00 AM, change into rafting gear and attend a safety briefing led by an experienced river guide, gearing up for a thrilling 10-kilometer rafting journey down the untamed Padas River, lasting 2.5 to 3 hours. Arriving at Rayoh by 1:30 PM, relish a well-deserved lunch after a refreshing shower, capping off an adrenaline-filled morning. Board the train at 1:55 PM for a relaxed journey back to Beaufort, providing a scenic opportunity to reflect on the day’s adventure.

By 3:30 PM, you’ll arrive in Beaufort, where a transfer awaits to take you back to Kota Kinabalu, concluding your day at 6:00 PM. This unique blend of a historic train ride and a thrilling rafting expedition ensures an unforgettable and action-packed experience in the heart of Borneo.

04:00 AM: Hotel pickup, Proceed to Beaufort
7:30 AM: Board century-old train for 2-hour ride to Pangi Station, enjoying views of Crocker Range and Padas River
10:00 AM: Arrive at Pangi, change into rafting gear & safety briefing
10km rafting journey to Rayoh (2.5-3 hours)
1:30 PM: Arrive at Rayoh, lunch served after a refreshing shower
1:55 PM: Depart to Beaufort by train
3:30 PM: Arrive Beaufort, Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu
6:00 PM: Arrive in Kota Kinabalu
